#EuropeanYouthChat - What does the EU do for young people?

Online Chat

An online chat on what the EU can do for young people will take place on 30 June at 15:00 CET.

Youth unemployment has remained unacceptably high for several years and the EU is working hard to make sure that young people today are not a "lost generation".

There are lots of opportunities out there, but it can be hard to find the right one.

This chat is an opportunity to ask questions about what the EU is doing for young people, what exactly the Youth Guarantee is, how apprenticeships are being supported and what you can do to make sure you gain international experience and skills that are attractive on the labour market.

Experts from the European Commission's DG Employment and DG Education and Culture will be available to answer all questions.

Questions can be posted in advance onto the event page wall on Facebook or on Twitter using the hashtag #EuropeanYouthChat.
